I'm looking for ukulele tabs of pretty much everything Pinkie Pie sings in Friendship is Witchcraft and in MLP:FIM. Anyone have anything?
Also, I'm just learning soprano ukulele (like, I know C, F, and G7 chords), so if anyone has recommendations of the songs I'm looking or to try first, just give a shout. I'd love to use ponies as a way to learn this instrument.

I don't know any particular songs, but I have a site with some chords: Chords here. I guess you could find chords to any song and transpose it quite easily.

As far as I know, ukulele music is not notated differently from how it sounds, so you do not need to transpose for your instrument at all. However, as long as you can play only a few chords, you may want to transpose songs to a key you know. With C, F, G7 you can accompany simple songs in C major. Similarly simple songs in other keys may require any of the following sets of chords: D♭, G♭, A♭7 D, G, A7 E♭, A♭, B♭7 E, A, B7 F, B♭, C7 F♯, B, C♯7 G♭, C♭, D♭7 (same as previous in equal temperament) G, C, D7 A♭, D♭, E♭7 A, D, E7 B♭, E♭, F7 B, E, F♯7
So if you encounter a song using the three chords from one of these lines, to transpose to a different key, just replace them with the corresponding chords from another line. For example, consider Pinkie Pie's Welcome Song from A Friend in Deed. It is written in E♭ major, and a simple accompaniment could look like this:
E♭ A♭ Welcome welcome welcome, a fine welcome to you!
A♭ E♭ B♭7 Welcome welcome welcome, I say how do you do?
E♭ A♭ Welcome welcome welcome, I say hip hip hurray,
A♭ E♭ B♭7 E♭ welcome welcome welcome to Ponyville today.
If you transpose it down a minor third to C major, you can already play it – just replace E♭, A♭, B♭7 with C, F, G7 respectively:
C F Welcome welcome welcome, a fine welcome to you!
F C G7 Welcome welcome welcome, I say how do you do?
C F Welcome welcome welcome, I say hip hip hurray,
F C G7 C welcome welcome welcome to Ponyville today.
Notice that transposing a song changes its character, which may or may not be a problem. Also, if you transpose too far, a song may become uncomfortable to sing. Hence, the best longer-term solution is, of course, to learn more chords :-).

And by the way, originally I wanted to use Pinkie Pie's Singing Telegram as an example, but it is already written in C major. So maybe you want to check it out if you haven't already.
